When conducting a professional reference, Verified’s first attempted contact is with the candidate’s direct manager. If this is unsuccessful, Verified will contact Human Resources or the appropriate individual(s) for dates, titles and any other information available regarding the candidate. Our clients establish what standards will be followed when conducting a professional reference, but Verified will not stop there. If our staff feels that more referencing is necessary, it will be completed with no additional cost. Verified has high standards for performing thorough references and we do not stop until we feel our job is done.
